Papa Michel is a new, family run business, born in Seattle of the desire to bring our incredible frozen dough and pastry products into your home freezer.
Our manufacturing partner is a 43+ year old company that specializes in products for the foodservice industry, and were previously not available to end users, like you.
Because of a variety of issues in the food service and distribution industries that have arisen due to the outbreak of Covid-19 in the United States, our manufacturer has agreed to tweak their distribution model, slightly, to allow direct to business and consumer sales, for the first time in our company's history, via this online shop.
