Shipping frozen dough, direct to our customer's doorsteps, is a big challenge. Our main goal is to ensure that your product arrives completely frozen and makes it into your freezer, before any of the side effects of premature thawing can occur.
Orders ship out from our Seattle offices weekly, every Tuesday morning. So, if you'd like to have a specific order to you in time for something taking place on Saturday morning, we'd suggest placing the order before 9 am, each Tuesday.

SHIPPING COST TIERS
Due to the generally exorbitant cost of shipping when it comes to weight x distance x speed of delivery, not to mention needing to add in the dry ice ( which dissipates rapidly, over time, but we are charged at current packing weight ), we've found some ways to kind of fudge the numbers to make it more fair and balanced for our customers.
Below is how we've tiered the cost of shipping. This disregards destination completely and only factors in weight. We'll keep tweaking it, but this seemed like a fair deal for keeping our customers satisfied, until we can generate shipping volumes with carriers ( which is what is needed to get the best rates ).
0 - 20 lbs. - $25
20 - 30 lbs. $35
30 - 40 lbs. - $45
40+ lbs. - $55
